1. PARTIES

This Agreement is executed between the following parties under the terms and conditions specified below.

A. ‘BUYER’; (hereinafter referred to as "BUYER" in the contract)

B. ‘SELLER’; (hereinafter referred to as "SELLER" in the contract)

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees in advance that they are obligated to pay the total amount of the order and any additional costs such as shipping fees and taxes upon confirming the order subject to the agreement.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms listed below shall bear the meanings given next to them.

MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade,

LAW: The Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502,

REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188),

SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods, undertaken or committed to be provided in exchange for a fee or benefit,

SELLER: The company offering goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf or account of the goods provider,

BUYER: A natural or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,

WEBSITE: The website owned by the SELLER,

ORDERER: A natural or legal person requesting a good or service through the SELLER's website,

PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,

AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,

GOODS: Tangible goods subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar digital goods prepared for use in electronic environments.

3. SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, as per the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The listed and announced prices on the website are sales prices. Announced prices and promises remain valid until they are updated or changed. Temporarily announced prices remain valid until the specified duration ends.
